On first meeting Mr Neil Raiseborough we felt that he would represent our wishes and needs to the very best of his ability. As both of the attorneys appointed in our LPAs live abroad, copies of the relevant forms had to be sent overseas. This was done very efficiently and we were kept informed at every step.

Firstly I am leaving a review using my daughters Google account...so onto business.....my wife and I have recently written our Wills, and have been liaising with Neil Raiseborough at the Leamington Spa branch. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone in need of a quality legal representation I found each member of the team dealt with from administration , para legal to head of the legal department very professional in the way they conducted their business . Communication was excellent I was briefed in detail at each stage of the process . Not being familiar with the legal process they ensured I was kept a breast and guided through the entire process in a manner I was able to understand . The billing process was clear and accurate. The commitment and work ethic, the knowledge of the subject and process was clear to see at all levels. Mine was a most complex case and I would recommend this team to anyone in need of a legal firm . Unfortunately Alsters Kelly in Leamington Spa gave me conflicting advice on an urgent matter that they said they could handle. I then had to call several times after giving the instruction to go ahead as I still had not received any onboarding paperwork 11 days later, to be told unapologetically that there wasn't even a file open for me. At that point I took my business elsewhere, and I would absolutely not recommend them.
Excellent team of Fern and Charlotte provided a first class service of conveyancing for us. Very friendly and supportive especially being so accessible and easy to approach.

Despite some initial delays due to a change in solicitor, Corrine was very approachable, clear, and thorough once she took over the matter. She took the time to explain everything carefully, particularly around trusts and provisions for a blended family and other complicated matters. All the documents reflected our wishes accurately.
