I cannot speak too highly of the Family Law team and other staff that I dealt with. I would love to share my experience to help others, I have had court proceedings 4 times regarding my son. The first time I wasn't happy with the professionalism nor experience of my solicitor, so I tried JCP, I was contacted promptly by Angela Killa who put me at complete ease! Angela was at my side in 2017, 2020 and 2021 in a year during a pandemic and the standard of her work was completely faultless!! Angela is always at the end of the telephone/email, explains court terminology easily, shows complete support and understanding in difficult situations and timing during a pandemic! Where most use it as an excuse Angela made it easy due to her complete professionalism! Angela always made me feel completely at ease during very stressful times of my life! My son unfortunately had to go through the stressful process of family court recently. This was obviously a difficult time, which wasn't helped by the covid situation where he was unable to meet with his solicitor face to face and the court hearing was actually done over the telephone. Having used Angela Killa in the past it made sense to use her again. And she did not disappoint. Angela is a professional and thorough solicitor who gets the job done, she has helped make a very stressful time bearable. Diolch Angela you are an asset to the company.

The solicitors were phenomenal. The hard work they put into a difficult case did not go unnoticed. Edwina and Angharad have carried out the conveyancing several times now, for both purchasing and selling property. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with them compared to experiences we've had in the past with other solicitors. They are both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Communication is excellent as you can always reach them on the phone or via email.

Average service so far Quite slow at responding, with some responses taking over a week and prompting to respond, and a lot of questions just slip through the cracks with no response. Typical of a lot of conveyancers recently it seems. Too high a case load I guess

I would love to be able to say my experience with JCP was a great one but so far not so good. We made a big effort to go to the branch in Carmarthen yesterday and saw a lovely receptionist who said that somebody would call us back so that we could have a meeting with a solicitor. We’ve heard nothing back from them and when I phoned today, I got a call Centre in Swansea who were extremely vague and said they would put me through to some customer care unit not what I wanted. Hey we’ll keep looking for a solicitor.
