Supposed to phone me on a Tuesday, heard nothing, they phoned the following week on a Wednesday when I was at work, so was a missed call,I phoned them that afternoon said they woul get solicitor to phone me back but it may be tomorrow,I said that's fine, one week later still no call so I phoned again,they apologized,said they woul get her to call me, another week gone by nothing so I went to the office, all locked up and message saying they are only taking phone appointments, so I phoned again,still waiting for that call back another 2 weeks later,had to seek advice from another solicitor.
I have had a nothing but positive experiences. I have been instructing/dealing with these on several matters over the last 7 years and always dealt with Rhys and the latest matter was with Rhys & Kerry. Every-time its the same efficient experience. It’s seamless and any legal jargon thrown into the mix mainly from other parties questions have been explained in layman’s terms. From initial enquiry to completion it’s been smooth and they have always responded in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to instruct them and let them take the stress away. Thanks team. If there’s ever a need to deal again I 100% will.

Glover Priest has been an absolutely excellent conveyancer. The team of Kellie, Charlotte, and Cerys have been entirely thorough throughout the entire process, having not settled with inaccurate or ambiguous answers from sellers solicitors, and negotiating 2 indemnity policies for us as part of the process. I have consistently been informed and advised accurately through the whole process. I cannot recommend this team enough.

Stephanie and Cristina were fantastic throughout the purchase process. They gave clear advice and instructions on what was needed and by when. I mainly emailed them and they replied promptly and professionally and the odd times that needed a direct phone call they and the other staff (when Stephanie and Cristina weren’t available) were great to deal with. The price paid for their conveyancing service was competitive too. Will definitely recommend and use again if a need arises.
