It’s okay if you are quite tolerant of mistakes, mediocre quality and can rely on your Estate Agent for most communications. Some examples include: • Mistakes – not attaching some documents to emails, forgetting to send other documents, asking for same document three times which was already received, names spelt wrong. You feel you have to check everything carefully yourself. • Mediocre quality – poorly worded emails with words missing, calling the same documents different things in different places, some standard letters could be much clearer and easier to read. Relying on the Estate Agent – I didn’t have any communication for over 2 months, whereas the Agent contacted me most weeks. I don’t know, maybe this is normal?

Stephanie and Cristina were fantastic throughout the purchase process. They gave clear advice and instructions on what was needed and by when. I mainly emailed them and they replied promptly and professionally and the odd times that needed a direct phone call they and the other staff (when Stephanie and Cristina weren’t available) were great to deal with. The price paid for their conveyancing service was competitive too. Will definitely recommend and use again if a need arises.
