I can’t speak any more highly of the conveyancing service from Stephen Johnson and Ellie at Glover Priest, Lichfield. A very organised and professional team. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and all emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. It wasn’t an easy chain to deal with at the latter stages but Stephen was the one who was on the ball (in the words of the estate agent), he went above and beyond to kept it moving despite an unorganised, less responsive solicitor at the bottom of the chain. I will certainly be recommending to all friends and family. Thank you!

We were totally new to using a solicitor and felt completely out of our depth but Chloe helped us through every step of the process and never made us feel silly for all of the 'silly questions' we asked. We hired Phoebe Tracey for our purchase of a property and it’s been 8 months she is so late she don’t reply emails nor attend calls. Because of her our first mortgage expired and we had to do second one paid more funds for mortgage. And still she is doing nothing.
