I honestly cannot recommend Priscilla Adu at NBB Waldrons highly enough. From the very beginning, she was absolutely incredible—sharp, strategic, and completely on top of every detail. What stood out most was how fiercely she advocated. She didn’t just go through the motions; she challenged everything that needed to be challenged and made it clear she would not accept anything less than a fair outcome. Thanks to her expertise and determination, my daughter’s exclusion was overturned quickly minimising detrimental impact, which speaks volumes about the strength of her work. What also really stood out was her integrity. She actively suggested more cost-effective options—such as instructing a barrister directly rather than going through solicitors—showing she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us, not about maximising fees. Priscilla was professional, responsive, and reassuring throughout, but also unapologetically firm when it mattered. She combines compassion with real legal strength, and that balance made all the difference during what was an incredibly stressful situation. If you want someone who will genuinely fight your corner and get results, Priscilla is exactly who you need.

They genuinely understand different facets of the law - even if your claim may be ordinarily time barred there may be a way forwards in some cases. As long as you prepare your documents well and point out to the solicitors where are the potential issues as well as argument points they can give a good strategy. Perhaps maybe things should be summarised a bit more? But not much time was used on fee structures - it would be best to settle part of that before the initial or further consultations.

I only had an initial consult with NBB law regarding severe quality issues in my masters program at the University of Sheffield. Several students in the program have been affected and we have been trying to get a fair outcome for the past year. The solicitor I consulted with seemed to primarily be focused on getting payment for the consult - with much of the time being used for her explanations of the firms fee structure. When I attempted to say that these could be shared with me over email, and I would prefer if I could instead have some of my more pressing questions addressed, she said "we don't send this over email". Upon asking twice, her paralegal did provide me with notes - however the notes exhibit that they misunderstood key portions of the discussion. I felt the consult was too focused on providing a virtual meeting that could claim to have used up the entire duration that I'd paid for, the solicitor became uninterested because of the harms are nuanced and will necessitate some work and that the primary goal of the consult was to obtain the fee payment and use up my resources to outline their own fee structures.

On arrival to Waldrons solicitors dudley i was greeted by pleasant and helpfull staff that were willing to give me the best advice to there knowledge,contacting whoever was relevant to the cause with the minimum of fuss,giving me the feeling that i was being helped by a very well established and professional company who dealt with my issues calmly and collectively,which i am glad to say ultimately ended with a positive outcome.

Excellent service. Prompt reply to emails. Luke Boxhall was the solicitor I instructed on my behalf. He took on my case with a pending court date at very short notice. Answered any of my queries promptly. Luke Boxhall also recommended and instructed excellent barristers to represent me in court and fully briefed them on my behalf. If I need a solicitor in the future I would definitely use Waldrons and I would ask for Luke Boxhall to represent me. More than pleased with the outcome of the court case and I cannot thank Luke enough.

I usually don't give bad reviews but I think this needs to be said. I know we are in a pandemic, have a lot of backlog, and short staffed everywhere. But we all can do better and be kind. The solicitor who handled my case was condescending in answering my emails. Her legal assistant has no empathy. They should attend a seminar. I was kept in the dark and I kept chasing and chasing and it felt like I was a bother to them when they responded. Papers had wrong spelling, had the wrong address, wasn't checked until I went ape and really cried that they seemed to pretend to understand where I was coming from. Had a legitimate query, and instead of a professional, empathic answer, I got an answer "no one is going to want to certify that". Gee thanks. Could have said it in a less patronising way? Only giving 2 stars because of Paul Nicholls. Very reassuring and kind, they can learn a thing or two from him.

This is, by far, the best Solicitors firm in the West Midlands region. Service was quick, efficient and the costs were not unreasonably excessive like most other Solicitors I have been to. They deal with pretty much most matters and all staff are very friendly and give updates regularly. Highly recommend.

Awful service. Average response time is 2 weeks unless they want something from you. Not helpful atall when you have any concerns or requestsHad to change to a more reputable solicitor as John Wilson didn't seem to have a clue or a care. Emails repeatedly ignored, still waiting on my refund weeks after requesting and telling them I am going elsewhere. Again ignoring all correspondence. Would not recommend this firm to anyone, absolute disgrace.
