Waldrons gave me the reassuring sense that I had the full weight and substance of a highly respected firm behind me, while still receiving the personal kindness and attention of a small, dedicated team. Belinda, provided outstanding service throughout the sale of my late father’s house. This was an especially emotional process, as completion coincided with the first anniversary of my father’s death. From the outset, they were consistently professional, efficient and reassuring. Communication was always clear and timely, and although I frequently asked for updates, they responded with patience, understanding and genuine kindness at every stage. What impressed me most was the combination of formidable professional expertise and real human compassion. There was a sense of solidity and substance in the way Waldrons handled matters—a reassuring feeling that I had the strength and resources of a highly established firm firmly behind me. I would recommend Belinda, without hesitation. Her professionalism was exemplary, and their kindness made an immensely difficult process much easier to bear.

Mrs Bennell (Harbourne office) is the worst solicitor, I have ever encountered. It took her 1 month to write a letter, - absolutely shocking!!!!! Didn't return phone calls. Didn't reply to emails. Didn't act on a gas bill until I chased, despite it being brought in to reception. Estate took far too long to sort. AVOID, AVOID AVOID. It's unfortunate that I had to give 1 star, to be able to leave this review. We appointed this solicitor for probate and distribution of an estate as charities were involved. It was eventually sorted, but not before I nearly pulled all my hair out in sheer frustration!!!!

Efficient in a crisis
I appointed Vishal Mahay to represent me in a High Court case at the last minute, I was in a crisis with little time to prepare. Vishal took on the case and picked it apart, found a Barrister and put a bundle together all in a few weeks, glad to say the case was a victory.. Thanks Vishal for being supportive, helpful and very professional with my case... albeit this is one time in my life where I didn't say see you soon.... but in time of need ever in the future I would return as a customer.. 10/10......
