Got there in the end with the remortgage but there was big lacking in communication and updates throughout. Took multiple weeks of chasing to get updates most of the time. Even now I’m owed money and still chasing to get it (even though I was told by the mortgage provider it was paid to them weeks ago)
Eve Geere was appointed to deal with my divorce but, contrary to the suggestion of a sympathetic approach, she was very aggressive with the other side. Unfortunately, this antagonism was wholly unnecessary and ultimately led to a lengthy and expensive divorce on both sides. Would not recommend.

I cannot recommend Robert Habitts at Parfitt Cresswell highly enough. Robert recently handled the conveyancing for the sale of my property, and it was genuinely the least stressful property transaction I have ever experienced. From start to finish, Robert was professional, proactive, communicative, and completely on the ball. Everything was taken care of efficiently, and I never had to chase for updates or ask twice for anything. He kept the process moving smoothly, explained everything clearly, and made what is often a stressful experience feel straightforward and effortless. Having been through the conveyancing process several times before, I know how frustrating and stressful it can be. This experience was completely different. The sale progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible, and I always felt confident that everything was under control. I was living in a house that had a service charge and linked to a housing association, who were notoriously difficult to deal with. Due to a negative experience staircasing to 100% using a cheap online solicitor, I spent a lot of time in choosing Jo and Mandy. They were fantastic, keeping me informed without having to continually chase them. Dealing with the housing association and the difficulties that inevitably arise, with a calm and stoic manner that I found reassuring. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and experienced and therefore not ruffled by anything that came up. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and in my opinion, paying a little extra for.

Terrible, called to ask for a solicitors quote and told no one was available and that they dont take details and call back. Avoid if this is there attitude.
