    Drafting of my will and the 2 LPAs for Finance and Health were handled by Victoria and Abbie. Victoria was very empathetically listening to my wishes and making clear notes which she reviewed with me. She brought out all the legal points as well as the personal implications involved. There are many emotional aspects and she kept the focus on all the legal points while allowing me to feel safe in talking about my personal and emotional viewpoints.     Excellent, highly recommend.

    I cannot recommend Robert Habitts at Parfitt Cresswell highly enough. Robert recently handled the conveyancing for the sale of my property, and it was genuinely the least stressful property transaction I have ever experienced. From start to finish, Robert was professional, proactive, communicative, and completely on the ball. Everything was taken care of efficiently, and I never had to chase for updates or ask twice for anything. He kept the process moving smoothly, explained everything clearly, and made what is often a stressful experience feel straightforward and effortless. Having been through the conveyancing process several times before, I know how frustrating and stressful it can be. This experience was completely different. The sale progressed as quickly and smoothly as possible, and I always felt confident that everything was under control. I will absolutely use Robert again in the future and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and highly effective conveyancer. Outstanding service from start to finish.

    I contacted Parfitt Cresswell Solicitors when my daughter passed away in 2023. I did not know anything. It was not easy Mahreen Paswal and her team took over the case and things started getting sorted out.and by March 2026 the case was over.     Both Gwen and Patuni were super diligent with our house sale. The service provided was excellent and they kept us informed at all stages. If we needed to speak to them they made themselves available. Even when Gwen had annual leave a colleague was available to review our sale.       Poor customer care

      My original solicitor left the firm mid case. I was handed over to Sharon. The first thing she did was send me a bill for a meeting we hadn’t had. Impossible to get hold of and when I finally did she was incredibly dismissive of me.

      Disappointing

      I regret appointing Parfitt Cresswell and wish I had used an online service instead. It would have been cheaper and I don’t feel they added any value despite the huge cost. Getting divorced was incredibly stressful and difficult and my solicitor made errors on my paperwork, was away on holiday at crucial moments without adequate cover and didn’t actually provide any helpful advice. They asked unnecessary questions which seemed like they were just running up the costs but refused to provide the advice I actually needed. They then sent long emails just to cover themselves which were not asked for or needed that I had to pay them for writing. The invoicing also wasn’t transparent, I wasn’t provided with itemised invoices. Would not recommend.

      We recently completed the sale of a property where Parfitt Creswell (Windsor) acted for our buyers. What should have been a straightforward transaction took nine months to complete. In our experience, much of the delay appeared to be due to poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from Parfitt Cresswell. All parties involved spent considerable time chasing updates, often receiving no response for weeks at a time. I would not normally leave a review for a company I had not personally instructed, but the level of communication throughout this transaction was so poor that I felt it was important to share my experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Parfitt Creswell.
