Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was disappointing. Although the work was eventually completed, the overall level of service did not match what I would expect from a professional solicitor, especially considering the fees charged. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Calls were often not returned, emails did not appear to be read properly, and I regularly felt that I had to chase for updates. There were also repeated mistakes that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. At times, the attitude I experienced gave me the impression that there was very little interest in providing good customer service or making the client feel valued. To be fair, the required work did ultimately get done, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm or the persone maybe who delt with me at the time and I do not feel the service provided represented good value for money. Can't even put the professional in review as can't type the name there as its not an option

It’s really indescribable to say the least how helpful Ison solicitors helped myself and my family. I’m profoundly grateful.

We had a brilliant experience buying our first home, supported by Nefisa as our solicitor (Leeds City Centre branch). We managed to close in just under 11 weeks from initial viewing which was just amazing. Nefisa was super responsive and talked us through every step of the way (which can be a bit scary when unknown!). The whole process was so smooth - thank you so much Nefisa.
