Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 450+ staff across 27 offices throughout Yorkshire. Ellena was kind, professional, caring and so helpful from start to finish! She was on the ball at every step of the way, ensuring I felt confident and at rest! I recently used Ison Harrison for a conveyancing matter (Buying and selling) and was dealt with by Leigh Bassinder, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and stress-free. Leigh was fantastic at calming any nerves along the way, always taking the time to explain everything in detail so it was easy to understand. I never once felt out of the loop. Communication throughout was excellent, and nothing ever felt rushed or unclear. On top of that, the speed at which everything was handled was impressive, and the pricing was very reasonable. I couldn't have asked for more. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ison Harrison, and Leigh Bassinder in particular, to anyone in need of a solicitor. First-class service all round.

Throughout the conveyence process Claire and the rest of the team were great. They were prompt with communications, made sure we understood all steps of the process and just generally made the process as painless and smooth as possible, based on our experience, would happily reccomend.
The conveyancing team at Ison Harrison in Bingley were excellent. Extremely efficient at all steps, particularly dealing with the vendors' solicitors. We really appreciated the clarity they provided for us at each stage, and especially how quickly they answered emails and phone calls to field our questions.
Claire Loftus has been assisting me with the sale of my house. She has kept me informed and answered all questions. It's a first time for me. She has been great. The buyers solicitors, Watchorn in Sheffield, totally different experience. In my opinion, from what I can tell, no updates and no sense of urgency in closing. No chain. Mortgage in place. Really good & quick service! Would highly recommend Samantha & team for conveyancing, they dealt with the sale of our property & the purchase of our new home which took only 8 weeks. Any questions we had were answered quick and simply, nothing felt too much to ask from them and never felt the need to constantly ‘chase’ for updates - they was always already on it.
