Over the past 45 years the firm has grown from a one man band to what is now a large regional law firm employing over 450+ staff across 27 offices throughout Yorkshire. I came to Ison Harrison when I purchased my second business and I am so regretted that I didn't use them for my first purchase too. My first purchase has got solicitor FYI for the entire process. But Daniel from Ison is completely the opposite. He has not only provide professional knowledge as a solicitor, but excellent customer service. Which is very important. His communication is excellent, great organized all the ongoing points, great check. You know the feel that when purchase a business there is plenty points flying around but Dainel always keep on top of it. I'm about to do my next purchase and I only want Daniel to handle. Thats how good the experience is.

We had an excellent experience working with both Mia Cecchini and Ben Palmer, ably assisted by Agnesclaire Konrad at Ison Harrison Solicitors during the sale of our business. Mia, the lead solicitor, was professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, kept things moving smoothly, and was always available to answer any questions we had. What could have been a stressful experience was made much easier thanks to her calm and knowledgeable approach. Ben and Agnes were both superbly efficient in assisting Mia to ensure we met a tight deadline. Mia's attention to detail and commitment to getting things right really stood out, and we always felt confident that we were in safe hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ison Harrison to anyone looking for a reliable and highly capable solicitors. And in particular Mia and Ben.

Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was disappointing. Although the work was eventually completed, the overall level of service did not match what I would expect from a professional solicitor, especially considering the fees charged. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Calls were often not returned, emails did not appear to be read properly, and I regularly felt that I had to chase for updates. There were also repeated mistakes that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. At times, the attitude I experienced gave me the impression that there was very little interest in providing good customer service or making the client feel valued. To be fair, the required work did ultimately get done, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm or the persone maybe who delt with me at the time and I do not feel the service provided represented good value for money. Can't even put the professional in review as can't type the name there as its not an option

I would particularly like to thank and recognise Louise B. She was extremely efficient, accessible and patient throughout the process, which made a potentially the sale much easier to manage.
Having used Sarah Zahid at Ison Harrison for my will this was the natural choice for my mum’s probate. They helped me navigate some difficult history leading up to the matter and provided the professional guidance I was looking for. Everything was delivered with clarity and ease and importantly a professional and friendly manner from Sarah and also Lucy and the wider team. smooth process and very helpful throughout
We had a brilliant experience buying our first home, supported by Nefisa as our solicitor (Leeds City Centre branch). We managed to close in just under 11 weeks from initial viewing which was just amazing. Nefisa was super responsive and talked us through every step of the way (which can be a bit scary when unknown!). The whole process was so smooth - thank you so much Nefisa. We would 100% recommend Ison Harrison.
