I used Ison Harrison when I bought a new build house using the developer's part exchange service. At the start of the process Ison Harrison listed the actions they would be taking separately for the part exchange of my house and the purchase of the new house and made the fees and charges clear for each process. They dealt with any queries I had and sorted out any issues that arose quickly and professionally. I am happy with the service they provided.

I found that the solicitor and assistant were friendly and very helpful. Very easy to deal with. Good communications and a personal touch which made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Ison Harrison.

Samuel, Khansa and Ellie were brilliant with our house sale and purchase. We had a long journey with our house purchase which meant we dealt with them for over 12 months and throughout they were calm and helpful. Samuel was thorough and reassuring. They all communicated well throughout.

I tried to forget I dealt with Ison Harrison as soon as our business concluded. A few notable points: - It was painful the amount of times I had to send, re-send, and re-re-send the same documents as they kept misplacing them. - We got passed around multiple sales progressors, each promising it was the last time. - They added unavoidable costs that they had previously promised we wouldn't pay. - A member of their staff actively tried to poach us while moving to another company, admitting that IH consistently handle matters poorly and drag things out. - Our estate agent had to step in to move them along.

We have just purchased our first home and Jolene and Lindsey have helped make the process stress free and efficient. Just 11 weeks from our offer accepted and we have completed and moved in. Emails were replied to quickly and communication has been amazing throughout. We highly recommend to anyone, especially first time buyers like ourselves. You hear lots of bad things about solicitors during the buying/selling process, but we cannot fault Ison Harrison! Thank you again for all your help over the past few weeks and helping us achieve our dream of becoming homeowners!

Really efficient, effective service with good communication for our house sale and purchase. The whole chain took a long time but Julie Smith and colleagues kept us informed and got through all the searches and all other procedures really quickly (possibly the quickest of our chain - a long way from the slowest for sure).
