During the most horrendous time of my daughters & my life, Gareth has supported us for 4 years acting on our behalf with the utmost professionalism & knowledge but with empathy & understanding. Despite the complexity of this case he made sure the facts were always explained so we could try & understand the findings, he never failed to keep us updated & was always available. A solid, down to earth, knowledgeable professional but a true honest trustworthy family man who we never doubted & who acted in our best interests throughout the whole time. I’d highly recommend Ison Harrison, Duke House, Leeds. They’ve been great to deal with. James Thompson successfully achieved a positive outcome with our Clinical negligence claim and he’s been tremendously supportive, patient and diligent throughout.
Ison Harrisons helped us to successfully win a negligence claim in relation to my dads hospital care. The solicitor we used was Rachael and she was fantastic all way threw. Dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and kept us in the loop at all times. Would deffo recommend
I have recently been going through and am coming to the conclusion of a medical negligence claim. The solicitor dealing with my case,Amy Nesbitt,has been outstanding. She has dealt with all my queries very politely and in a timely manner. She has helped keep me calm in what has been an extremely stressful time. She kept me in the loop at every turn and I am extremely grateful to have had her support in securing a good compensation figure within a good timeframe. Well recommend professional and hard working company. January 2020 I suffered a fractured vertebra whilst training. At the time like most people within the military I did not want to effectively take legal action against an organisation which had been very good to me over the years. After my final hospital consultation I was informed that this injury would be with me for the rest of my life, a very sobering experience. Colleges and friends encouraged me to look into the AFCS to cover for loss of earnings pain & suffering etc. The first two companies I approached turned me down due to the circumstances however after speaking with Diane she was confident to take my case on board. The initial claim was rejected upon a technicality. Diane suggested we lodge an appeal because she was sure I had a strong case, sadly this appeal was also turned down. At this point I felt totally defeated and somewhat cast aside like a broken piece of furniture from an organisation that I had served for over 30 years. To Diane's credit she would not take no for an answer, she pursued my case to a tribunal in front of a Judge. Having already suffered two setbacks I did not have any hope of a positive outcome. After deliberating on the presentations from all parties the Judge ruled in our favour, a testament to Diane in continuing with the action. This case has been ongoing for virtually three years, after the setbacks we encountered it was no longer about the money, more of seeking an acknowledgement that a basic duty of care had not been delivered. I would sincerely like to thank Diane and Charlotte for all the hard work, time and patience they have shown in perusing my case to a successful conclusion. Thank you, I could not have done this without your help.
I cannot recommend ison hartisons enough. The team, Lucy Wells, Julie Green and Sally child, dealt with my clinical negligence case in a very professional and compassionate way. The case had a successful conclusion and I would like to say a big thank you to all that were involved .

I would highly recommend Lorna & Harriet at Ison Harrison. My sale turned out to be far more challenging than expected, with two sales falling through and the eventual buyer's solicitor causing significant delays through poor communication and a lack of responsiveness. Throughout the process, Lorna & Harriet were professional, proactive and incredibly supportive. They regularly chased for updates, kept me fully informed, and responded promptly whenever I had questions. Most importantly, they showed genuine understanding and compassion during what became a very stressful and uncertain process. Their guidance, reassurance and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. I am extremely grateful for their help and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Churchill Living recommended Ison Harrison for the purchase of my retirement home and that turned out to be great advice. I was assigned a dedicated person, Olivia Williams, ably assisted by Olivia Robinson who guided me through the whole process. So impressed was I, by the early contact, that I asked them to handle the sale of my property as well. Throughout my dealings with the two Olivia's they were professional, courteous and responsive. No problem was too small and they handled my queries and concerns with empathy and understanding. The target dates were all met and in my view it was a very satisfactory experience.
