Our experience we’ve had with MFG has been amazing! Danielle has been amazing couldn’t do enough for us and she was really reassuring throughout everything, me and my husband were first time buyers and we had no idea what to expect but we would recommend them every time. Like all house purchases we had periods of quietness and we were very nervous and needed reassurance and every time we asked, we were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our experience has been amazing and the whole team have been super friendly making it easy to communicate with and in the future we will alway use them. MFG solicitors in Ludlow are brilliant, both with conveyancing and probate. Their communication is speedy, responses to queries are immediate and I was kept informed of all developments without any delay. I can't recommend highly enough.

The service was very disappointing given I've worked with MFG before. I could never get hold of my solicitor often taking over a week to come back to me, which I never understand as it it only takes 30 secs to write a text message. I never felt like I was the client. I had to instruct another solicitor in the end as they simply didn't come back to me and even when I told them this it took them 24 hours to respond via a text message. it feels like some solicitors take ion work knowing they don't have capacity.
