My partner and I found the process to be very smooth and efficient. This was down to Katie and the team working with her. Katie is a lovely young lady and was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. She gave us lots of advice and covered aspects of making a Will that we didn't even think about. She made the whole process a lot easier than we expected and answered any questions that we had making us feel reassured and comfortable throughout the process. Thank you very much for your help. We have used Mfg several times now for probate and conveyancing and I cannot recommend highly enough. Both times I have used them have been very stressful times in my life not just because of grief but other reasons and Sharon in conveyancing and Sophie in probate have been beyond wonderful. Poor communication from Victoria was quick enough to get a response when it was their clients but when we wanted to finalise the estate took weeks and various phonecalls to get the matter finalised.
