I have a dispute with my house developer where I required further action to be taken. After doing a little research I contacted Sills & Betteridge via their online form. Within 24 hours I received an initial call from Abi, to whom I was able to download the scenario, to be passed onwards. Abi was compassionate and kind and gave me a great first impression of the company. The following day I received a further call from Neve, who had read Abi's notes and asked to clarify/go into more detail re my case. Again Neve was compassionate, patient and knowledgeable and was able to offer some great advice. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience, even though in real terms my case is pretty small in monetry value. No matter how I progress with the case, I am exceptionally impressed and grateful with my dealings with Abi & Neve from S&B and they will certainly be my first point of call for my legal requirements moving forwards.
