Best thing ever when a friend recommended this company to sell our B&M and purchase our residential park home. Kirsty and Rebecca were amazing and professional from the start, kept us informed at every stage and were so proactive and ahead of the game. Our buyers solicitors were despicable and the patience and professionalism of Kirsty and Rebecca was amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much ladies you have made it possible for us to now be happy in our new home.

Easy, straightforward service
I recently used Rebbeca Hanford and her team to purchase my new property. The whole team were great to deal with, explained the parts I didnt understand, were responsive and efficient.
Everything was done via the phone or electronically which worked really well for me.
All round a great service.

Great experience

Did everything I expected
My title may seem to be damning with faint praise, but conveyancing for a freehold property is not difficult. However, they were responsive, kept us updated and proactively helped with the minor issues that occur in a house sale. All obvious, but very different from our experience on a similar transaction with another large Lincolnshire law firm we used earlier in the year. We chose Sills and Betteridge after a very favourable meeting on a separate matter with Florence at their Sleaford office where she couldn't have been more helpful even though she wasn't acting for us. That good impression of the firm persisted through the conveyancing and we are now using them on another transaction. Would recommend.

Professional and friendly service
