Sale of property
Our experience with Matt Rodgers, of Bell & Buxton, has been excellent. He dealt with ourselves and the buyer's Solicitors in a very proactive manner and moved the sale through from agreement of sale, to completion, in less than 5-weeks (with Christmas within that period).
We're extremely happy with B&B and would recommend them to anybody, without hesitation. Fantastic service.

Seamless and efficient
B&B (Specifically Matthew Rodgers) helped me to purchase a warehouse back in 2014 , and I engaged with them again recently to sell it as the experience was good the first time round.
No issues , everything was well managed and expectations met regards cost and timeline.
