Could not recommend them highly enough contacted the Bridport branch and from that point on the service was totally professional my main point of contact was with Amy Heaver “thanks once again Amy” she really knows he job and pointed out several important issues with my landlords demands which proved to be very useful in negotiations resulting in a very favourable outcome and saved me a great deal of money and time

Battens acted in the sale of a small parcel of land to a neighbour of our charitable community hall. The valuation was complex due to its development potential and the sale under the Charities Act 2011 needed expert handling. We had excellent service throughout the lengthy process.

Our solicitor Jen could not have been more helpful. Our whole process of deed transfer and remortgage was clearly laid out by Jen with easy to follow steps. I had to change solicitors mid way through the sale/purchase procedure. Battens thankfully were prepared to undertake the 'rescue'. The staff were friendly, and very helpful, also long suffering with regard to my buyers. I have moved many times but never before received such a comprehensive folder for the purchased property. They certainly removed much of the tension from a very stressful situation. I can thoroughly recommend Battens solicitors.
