I had numerous issues with our previous solicitor with who our family has been since after WWII. To the point of losing sleep due to stress for months on end. They'd misplaced deeds for 3 months, never acknowledged emails, took a week to reply and twice our account manager left their company without anyone letting us know aside from their out of office. It was shockingly bad. I decided upon recommendation to change solicitor to Mogers Drewett. Tracy and her team, namely Chloe and Luke, have been incredible, especially since our family owns quite a bit of land and they had to take over things mid way and only half dealt with by our previous ones. Prompt sinpme acknowledgement of communications, polite, efficient and just a total contrast from what we'd experienced elsewhere. Going above and beyond to ensure we received the best service and legal advice. I am quite possibly and understandably demanding but I also expect certain standards as a client and Mogers Drewett have brought me reassurance and peace of mind.
