Have just used Samantha Cook again for a leasehold transaction which was agreed late January and exchanged contracts yesterday (well within 8 weeks) ! Most will tell you it will take 4-5 months! It does not if you use the professionals. Sam and her team do not sit on paperwork, chase the other side , communicate with you at all times and get things done for you when you need them.
