Jacqui and her team, shoutout to Melissa, were both communicative, professional and kind from start to finish. Although I'm sure quite an easy case, they made sure I was informed from the start and kept me updated throughout the process- chasing the investigation, till they were able to confirm to me that it had been closed with no further action. My emails were usually responded to quickly. Solicitors felt very non-judgmental. Chased up the police on a regular basis for answers. The only thing I would say is that there were a fair few spelling mistakes on formal documents and in some emails. Apologies if that’s a bit nit-picky but it takes away some of the professionalism.

If you ever find yourself in the terrifying position of needing a defence solicitor, I would highly recommend Richard Etherington. He stood out from the rest from the very first phone call. He advised us that this situation would not be solved quickly but assured us that he would put 100% commitment. I did not hesitate to instruct him to handle our situation. (This turned out to be the correct decision.) Every step of our scary journey going through hell after an allegation was made, Richard handled each stage so professionally, from compiling a very comprehensive, detailed defence statement, to a extremely challenging but successful virtual interview (due to covid restrictions) His extensive knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. He even answered our phone call on a Sunday when we rang him in distress from the police station. Richard Etherington reassured us when we were at a particularly low point, but never gave us false hope, he was always honest with his advice, and kept us informed all the way along our journey. After what felt like an eternity, we eventually got the result of NFA. We truly believe that we would not have reached this result without Richard Etherington's professional knowledge and skills. We cannot thank him and his team enough.

I honestly cannot thank Michelle Lee enough for all the help, support and guidance she has given me throughout my husband’s spouse visa application. From the very beginning, she has been so helpful, patient and reassuring, especially during the stressful moments when things felt overwhelming and there were difficulties getting certain documents together. The whole process was quite stressful at times, but Michelle was always there to guide me through everything and explain what was needed. She took the time to understand our circumstances and made me feel supported throughout the process. I especially appreciated her patience and the care she put into our application, as this was something that meant so much to both me and my husband. I then got a very rapid reply linking me with Lawyer Patrick Macken who offering very prompt review of the documentation. Once in his possession, a phone discussion outlined his review of the document and he advised on any clauses I might want to consider in more detail. A change was subsequently introduced and Patrick checked this and all was signed off in good time.
