    Taking into account all aspects of their service I can give no points in communication accuracy, responding, being accurate, providing documents or on time, dismissive, diversity is an issue, mistakes, looking after your interests. Senior partners and head of departments give you a metaphoric finger if you raise a concern and dont bother even responding. Not just "not very good", but they really don't care, a real eye opener to the reality of what a law firm can get away with, a firm 0/10

      I had a land registry done at woodfines by Suzanna I was quoted £1,200 but they changed me £5,000 on day of completion I disputed the cost but they took the money without consent. Now reported to ombudsman and Suzanna won't answer my calls as guilty of fraud.

      Purchasing a leasehold property alongside extending the lease has not been an easy ride, especially when there are two sides to the management company.       Don't trust there quoted price as when sale completed they take 3.5 time's the amount of money and then won't pick up phone. So guilty they can't talk , found out now that it's happening a lot as the removal company informed me.Reported to law society. Paul Evans

      THIEVES House sale completed today and woodfines decided to take £5,000 rather than the quoted price of £1,200 for land registry,now they won't answer my calls also charged vat without giving vat number that is illegal. Have reported to HMRC and Law society. Paul Evans

      IMPORTANT. NOTICE Do not use . I have been waiting for land registry for nearly a year Woodfines quoted £1,200,when completed they took without asking £5,000 . Now they won't answer calls. Do not use . I have now found out that it it normal for Suzanna to do this. I have reported to law society but I understand this will take a bit of time. Paul Evans
