A situation was suddenly put in front of me at work regarding either termination of my employment or a settlement agreement, I was part of the management team, I have used Woodfines solicitors before to deal with a estate I inherited, I contacted Woodfines of Cambridge to see if they could assist me with me with this daunting situation, I had a lovely lady called Michelle Bruce who was extremely professional & reassured me that she could deal with the situation & that she did, Michelle went out of her way to help me and get the the best possible outcome for me financially, Michelle was able to negotiate what I would call a fair compensation sum. Taking into account all aspects of their service I can give no points in communication accuracy, responding, being accurate, providing documents or on time, dismissive, diversity is an issue, mistakes, looking after your interests. Senior partners and head of departments give you a metaphoric finger if you raise a concern and dont bother even responding. Not just "not very good", but they really don't care, a real eye opener to the reality of what a law firm can get away with, a firm 0/10

Andrew and Natasha have been taking excellent care of our HR since 2012 and the advice has always been spot-on.
