    We are extremely grateful to the whole Woodfines team for their help and support throughout the process of buying our new house.     THIEVES House sale completed today and woodfines decided to take £5,000 rather than the quoted price of £1,200 for land registry,now they won't answer my calls also charged vat without giving vat number that is illegal. Have reported to HMRC and Law society. Paul Evans

    Nic Dino and his team once again did a fantastic job for the sale of my house. This was probably my 3rd house sale/buy through Nic in the last 10 years. Nic guided me through each step, protected my interests and pushed back unacceptable requests from the Buyer's solicitor. and patiently explained risks for any agreement i would like to make.     Nicola and everyone I dealt with at Woodfines were amazing. It was third time lucky with my house sale in end after two failed process due to issues on buyers side. Nicola pulled out all the stops to ensure my house closed the day before my wedding which was a tight deadline. Throughout this stressful process Nicola was always really responsive, friendly and helpful.       I got in touch with Natasha Moore at Woodfines for legal advice and support with a settlement agreement, and I’m genuinely very grateful for the way she handled everything from start to finish.       Supportive through a difficult time

      I was forced out of my job during a health crisis and Natasha helped me with the settlement agreement.       should have written this review years ago. I have worked with Michael Roche and Woodfines for more than nine years, and throughout that time Michael has been nothing short of exceptional. Most recently, he very kindly obtained some important historic ledgers for me incredibly quickly. This was hugely helpful and once again demonstrated the level of care, responsiveness and personal commitment he brings to his clients. As a property developer, I regularly deal with transactions and legal matters where clear advice, commercial understanding and absolute confidence in the solicitor acting for you are essential. Michael has consistently given me that confidence. He is extremely knowledgeable, pragmatic, approachable and always takes the time to understand both the legal position and the commercial realities behind it. Over the years, Michael and the wider team at Woodfines have provided an outstanding service and have always made me feel that my matters genuinely matter to them. That consistency over such a long period is rare and deserves recognition. I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. Anyone looking for an exceptional commercial property lawyer — and a solicitor they can trust completely — would be in extremely safe hands with him.       Don't trust there quoted price as when sale completed they take 3.5 time's the amount of money and then won't pick up phone. So guilty they can't talk , found out now that it's happening a lot as the removal company informed me.Reported to law society. Paul Evans

      IMPORTANT. NOTICE Do not use . I have been waiting for land registry for nearly a year Woodfines quoted £1,200,when completed they took without asking £5,000 . Now they won't answer calls. Do not use . I have now found out that it it normal for Suzanna to do this. I have reported to law society but I understand this will take a bit of time. Paul Evans
