After having several quite unsatisfactory experiences with other local law firms, Gardner Leader were exceptional from the very first telephone call through to my initial consultation. Their client onboarding process was impressive, and throughout the entire process I felt reassured by the high level of service, professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done. I was dealing with a particularly delicate matter on behalf of my 92-year-old mother, who had squatters in her home.
