A professional, friendly and straightforward process in updating our will and organising some LPA agreements. The team of Lucy Savage with assistance of Shakira Akinyombo and latterly, Isobel Dawkins-Stean (who took over from Lucy) were great throughout, everything was explained to our great satisfaction in "non-legal speak", and costs were all outlined in advance.
