Terrible experience First of all, the communication was fantastic until they received money. Then all communication ceased, every time we called they didn’t answer. The worst part was when we were moving into our first home. We received our exchange of contact date and that was the day we were supposed to move in. That morning (9AM) we went to the solicitors to sign contracts and sent the relevant payments and then went to meet the estate agent. We then heard NOTHING for the rest of the day. We had all of our belongings packed but couldn’t move in as they had not sent our money to the estate agent. We waited until 5:30 then began to panic call with no answer. They called the estate agent saying they hadn’t done the land registry. So the entire day that we were supposed to move in they were stalling as they forgot to do the land registry. We lost the day and had to move in the following day, meaning we lost our annual leave even though we didn’t move in. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Lauren was incredible from start to finish. Her communication was amazing, she was very professional and helpful throughout. We had many questions as first time buyers and Lauren made us feel completely at ease by keeping us updated at all times. Her legal knowledge and advice was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a friendly, trustworthy and approachable conveyancer!

Lauren was proactive through out. Realistic and open with communication. Her extra effort ensured a pressured timeline was achieved even with poor efforts from other parties involved. I believe Lauren was the difference in ensuring the sale completed with lessee effort and a less proactive approach the dates required would have drifted and the entire chain would have collapsed. Lauren was also well supported by the team she works with. I can only highly recommend Lauren and if she states something will be done it will be she is piece of mind in a process that can be stressful.
