    Excellent service for a first-time buyer

    Jennifer and the team remained very patient with my transaction, delayed by valuer/lender requirements, purchasing from my parents who really didn’t see the need for solicitors, and the then collapse of the solicitors my parents did instruct. I really appreciate the proactivity shown by Jennifer when my parents solicitors, PM Law (yup), had an SRA intervention; in fact Jennifer had told me about this before my parents even knew so I was able to get them to appoint new solicitors asap. Jennifer also had everthing ready to deal with the new solicitors to ensure there were no further delays. Jennifer was also easy to approach and was happy to answer my questions, and also happy to explain things to me as a first-time buyer. Thank you Jennifer for making what I was expecting to be the hardest part of the purchase as smooth as possible.

    We used Jo for our sale and purchase and found her to be extremely timely with responses and helping to push through the transactions. We spoke with her just a few times when we had queries and she was always able to answer clearly and with professionalism. We had full trust in Jo that she would act in our best interest.       I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Jo during my house purchase. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding – replies were always incredibly quick, and every step of the process was explained clearly and professionally. No question was ever considered too silly, and I always felt comfortable asking for clarification whenever I needed it. Buying a house can be stressful, but I was kept informed throughout and felt reassured that everything was progressing as it should. One of the most impressive aspects was that the completion date discussed right at the start was achieved exactly as planned. This was no small feat and demonstrated excellent organisation, efficiency, and proactive management of the transaction. The team also worked brilliantly alongside my estate agents, Quarters, ensuring everyone stayed aligned and that the process kept moving smoothly. Their collaborative approach helped keep everything bobbing along nicely and prevented unnecessary delays. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.
