Exceeded Expectations:I thought that apart from the ineractions with the portal which while efficient were formulaic, and in relation to money on account as explained previously, the people I dealt with were splendid. Clearly Jane and Jenna really know what they are doing and are experts in their field. Another aspect of the rigidity of the portal was the duplication of some disbursements for the Bridging Loan Transaction secured over 80 Elers Road and the file for the subsequent sale of that property. They are trivial in amound but demonstrate that the system works in silos.
Exceeded Expectations - Absolutely excellent service. Helen came highly recommended from a friend and I was extremely happy with the service provided. I had not purchased a home in over 20 years, Helen and her assistant Lauren answered all my questions timely. I felt my best interests were looked after at all times and I was given the costs in advance of going ahead and confirming services. Extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Thank you so much.

Throughout the process of my divorce, Sadie and Sarina have been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. at every steps they have guided me with patience, clearly explaining all of the options available and giving me excellent advice as to the best next steps. they are calm, patient, reassuring and knowledgeable and have made me feel so supported at a time when things were extremely challenging. Sadie and Sarina take a logical and methodical approach to their work and explain the legal jargon in a way that makes things seem much less daunting to me.
