Exceeded Expectations: Adam is honestly the best lawyer in the world. This is the second time I have had him represent me, and he has always been direct, professional and honest. He helped me understand the other party's point of view (Sandwell Children Trust) and gave me advice that truly helped me grown and achieve the best possible outcome especially for my boys, When somethings wasnt right, Adam would tell me stright away - no sugarcoating, no going around in circles. I had three terribly difficult cases that most solicitors could not help me with. 48 speeding tickets and being accused of naming a fake driver and failing to provide details. I was advised by a friend to contact Mr Benjamin Langley. I became his client and so the magic started. I was found “not guilty” on all three cases, an outcome which I did not even think was possible. Mr Benjamin Langley was helpful throughout the whole journey and answered every question I had in mind and explained all the procedures and the different approaches. Magicians usually practice magic by making things appear out of nowhere, Mr Langley on the other hand makes charges disappear! I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know, and he would definitely be my first and only choice in legal matters. What a great man and a great solicitor. No words can suffice in expressing my gratitude and appreciation for his valuable work.

Blaser Mills were incredibly quick, efficient and knowledgeable when assisting me with the sale of my property. Amy and Maureen kept me informed of the progress throughout and were able to answer any queries I had. It took me 12 weeks to complete, although I�m certain this would have taken far less time, had my buyer�s solicitor been more prompt. All costs were communicated and there were no surprises, unlike with other solicitors I have used in the past. I was incredibly happy with the service, assistance and support I received from Blaser Mills. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Blaser Mills team did a superb job assisting us with our Maidenhead house sale and purchase in Cornwall. They were professional and accessible at all times. Hugely knowledgable and strong in representing us in both the sale and purchase. Asking all the right questions. Led brilliantly by Helen Rodwell, the fact the whole team (including Emilia Govier) knowledgable of the process of our sale or purchase whenever we made contact was incredibly reassuring. It all got pretty stressful in the final few weeks ahead of exchange (primarily caused by online solicitors lower down the chain), but the Blaser Mills team's professionalism, attention to detail and calm guidance made a huge difference for us. They exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted this firm for a conveyancing quote, but they refused to act because the property is a 4‑storey building. The building is a 2023 modern conversion with no cladding issues, no fire safety concerns, and does not fall under the “high risk” category of the Building Safety Act. It was disappointing to see a blanket refusal without assessing the actual property. Other firms had no issue proceeding. Sharing this so other buyers know what to expect.
