    Property Possession Advice

    I needed a tenant to vacate a flat, because of antisocial behaviour. He was unwilling to leave, but finally did so without a court hearing as he did not want that on his record. Rachel Eagle was very helpful in pursuing this, but taking legal advice is costly so must be a last resort.
