What can I say, except a great big thank you, to Victoria Boutle and Rachel McClean for making our house sale such a smooth journey. They’ve looked after myself and my husband so well and taken all our worries away. Using the app gave us the opportunity to ask any questions or queries which Victoria and Rachel answered with quick responses. We were kept up to date from day one, right up to the end, which gave us peace of mind knowing that we were in safe hands. Although staff were very friendly we found it frustrating at the beginning of the process of selling my aunts house.We were unaware that we did not have the appropriate paperwork to sell my aunts house for her. It was a way down the process before this was made clear. Once this was sorted then the process was what I would have expected. Thank you.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Darren Jones for all of his help and support this last year. Not only is Darren reliable, punctual and incredibly trustworthy, he really puts us at ease in situations that can be very stressful & challenging. Darren has represented my son on numerous occasions now. Then this evening, after a very long and stressful day, my son said to me “as soon as I saw Darren I felt safe” —as a mother, that meant the world to me. My son has never said that about anyone before. Darren is a strong voice for his clients, and always makes sure we are treated fairly in all situations. Due to my son having ASD & ADHD, I often find myself having to translate things for him when it comes to professionals. But I’ve never had to do that with Darren. From the first time he met my son, he engaged really well with him, and spoke to him on a level he understood. I would recommend Darren to anyone who feels they need a rock by their side during a difficult time (he has the most amazing suits & style too!!!) .He is brilliant, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve done for us Darren. -From L&H

The 7 month wait wouldn’t of been so bad if it wasn’t for the request of a payment from me the day I was due to get my keys reference a maintenance fee that had been paid in advance by the previous owner.

Good overall service, communication felt a little slow at times but understand you have multiple cases. A few issues last few days that I thought would stop the sale but managed to get them ironed out.
