I found Bell Lamb & Joynson solicitors to be a really great firm of Solicitors to use from start to finish, doing everything they could to help and make sure it all ran smoothly from Andy Burke in the beginning to Claire Manning at the end ,replying to any questions I had ,no matter how silly they where ,with in that day. Sam and Ellie were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were easily accessible on the phone and would always return calls if they were not immediately available. They worked hard to complete on our preferred date, despite a number of obstacles caused by other conveyancing firms in the chain. I would highly recommend BL&J and would not hesitate to use them again the future. Precessional, friendly and prompt service throughout. The APP was very user friendly and a really easy way to communicate with the team. Lily was so very patient, calming and friendly - everything you would want from a conveyancing solicitor Buying a house with funds from a divorce and related marital home sale added a level of complexity for me , but not for Lily who made sure I was protected throughout. I was recommended to BLJ by a friend and following my experience I would highly recommend them to a friend also. Our case was not straightforward as such I really appreciate how helpful, patient and progressional BLJ were throughout. You were always on the ball and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Whenever I needed to get in touch you were always happy to take my calls (very different from most solicitors who love a phone dodge). You have been very proactive chasing things up and keeping us informed the loop which despite you being a little more expensive than other quotes, it validates the saying ‘you get what you pay for’. Your communication and support throughout the whole process was excellent and it was clear that you genuinely cared about getting everything over the line for us. After what was an incredibly stressful house-buying experience, Chris was professional, thorough and kept us regularly updated throughout. He was always on the ball, chased outstanding matters and made sure everything was properly investigated. While Chris was on leave, David Meyer stepped in and was equally fantastic, keeping everything moving and ensuring we were fully informed. Although the purchase ultimately didn’t go ahead, we’re incredibly grateful to have had Chris and David acting on our behalf. I had a really positive experience with Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors for my conveyancing. Amy Rouse was my conveyancer, and a big thank you also to Alex, Sophia and everyone else who helped throughout the process. Communication was excellent. Whenever I called to find out what was happening, there was always someone in the team who could help and who knew what was going on. Responses were really quick too, which makes such a difference. Their conveyancing app was really good and made the whole process much easier. You can upload and receive documents, complete what’s required, communicate with the team and see exactly where you are in the process without endless emails going backwards and forwards. When it came to the crucial final stages, I was particularly impressed. Amy and the team were really on the ball, getting things done promptly and helping to keep everything moving. Sophia was also particularly helpful with chasing things up, and when chasing was needed, I could depend on the team to keep on top of it and push things forward.
