Rachel was excellent from the start. She is welcoming & down to earth, not like some stuffy & overly formal solicitors that I've experienced in the past. She was empathetic when dealing with my last father's estate & clearly outlined each step as she progressed with the probate application.
Rachel has also guided my Mum through making a new will & obtaining a new revised copy of the property deeds. Has brought all necessary actions to a successful final conclusion.
Would not hesitate to recommend Rachel.

I was very happy with the service, the whole process was made easy for me at such a difficult time. The process was completed much quicker than I expected. All of the staff were easy to talk to and had a full understanding of my needs. Rachel Manby was extremely knowledgeable and professional, she was kind and understanding.
