    I had a very positive experience with the Hewitts firm during my settlement agreement process. This was my second time coming to this firm as we had our mortgage solicitor was from Hewitts as well. I really appreciate how quickly my meeting with Bethany was arranged, especially given the short timeframe.       A very long process for conveyancing with no chain either side when purchasing my property. I had to chase everything. Communication was very poor and only spoke to Emma twice during the whole process. Every time I rang to speak with Emma I was told she was on another call and spoke with Emma’s colleague who advised would pass on my enquiries. Emma never rang me back after any of the calls I’d made. Poor customer service really. I got sent my searches a month after solicitor had received them.
