    Used for both purchase and sale at same time. Both went through but that’s all I can say. Overall poor service, poor communication, not very responsive and very slow. We have only just received some documents through now - almost 1 year after completion. I would not use again.

    Lisa Lonnia was dealing with the sale & purchase of our house move. She was amazing all the way through and we were kept fully informed. She acted quickly with all enquiries and put us at ease throughout. We would definitely want to deal with Lisa again if we need a solicitor in the future, I would also highly recommend her and there's the added bonus of her being a lovely lady as well.

    It doesn't matter from what part of the country you are in John Taylor and the team at Pepperells does a fantastic job.. He was professional in his approach dotted and crossed all the i's and t's, explained anything we wasn't sure about. Got the sellers to set up insurance 's for the parts we needed. Looked after us from start to finish, deserved of 5 stars.
