I was unsure at first when I found out Evie was a trainee solicitor, but I was completely wrong to have any doubts she is absolutely brilliant. Evie always replied to emails and phone calls in a timely manner and was consistently understanding, considerate, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She gave me a clear plan from the start and, most importantly, she stuck to it, which was really important to me. Overall, I had a great experience and achieved the result I needed. First I'd like to say it is a very professional firm, the person delt with my matter is patient and responsible. However, I didn't give 5 stars due to a common things in the legal industry, which is not very designated to individual situations. I got a very nice report with a few recommendations and options; however, about 50% of them are irrelevant to my case. Legally they are good options, but in the real business situation I dealt with, those options will not work or are unsuitable for my needs. So eventually, I feel happy to receive good support, but on the other hand, I also thought I spent too much unnecessary time and spend. This message probably is not only for your firm, as I felt it is an industry problem, but I hope you become the first few who can start tailoring your service and skills to each individual.

Dealing with a case for me at the moment used them before outstanding

Case was resolved months ago. Unable to obtain an invoice from them despite calling more than 50 times. Tried to make a complaint and havent been able to do that. I'm going to have to go to the solicitors regulation authority. Not a happy customer in the slightest
