      Charles was fantastic throughout the sale of my flat. He was always quick to respond and every question or email I sent was dealt with on the same day. Communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening. The whole process went much more smoothly than I expected. I never had to chase for updates or remind him to follow things up, as he was always one step ahead. He was patient, helpful, and explained everything clearly whenever I was unsure about something. Buying or selling a property can be stressful, but Charles made it feel easy. His efficiency and professionalism gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled properly.
