Neil one of the solicitors at this firm is a man with no integrity and he enjoy power and will find ways to legally get extra money. I instructed him for an intro call and the price was agreed. I specifically told him I wanted no further work done after the call and that I did not want him to write up notes. He then went on to write up notes and charge me another £500 for that which I had told him not to do both verbally and in writing. Yet he took me to court for these as he has no integrity. Firstly he charged me for work we had not agreed and that is had told him not to do. Secondly he then added zero value and his notes was him charging me £500 to write up facts I had given him that I already knew. My experience with him is that he lack any integrity, is arrogant and rude and is on a power trip. He shown no care about me as a customer. been rude and was only looking to charge me as much as possible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM AND NEIL if you want a good solicitor I can recommend other first as the firm that supported me afterwards where so kind and fair.

I had an initial call with this firm and then told them I did not want to instruct them and did not want them to undertake any further work. They then continued to send me invoices for hours of work that had never been done. When I let them know nothing had been done and I have had no further calls with the solicitor and showed them the emails where I told them I would not instructed them and no further work should be done they ignored this. I never got the letters from the court but just received a letter saying a judgement of around £1,500 had been made for an initial hour consultancy call. I will obviously get this order set aside this company is a complete scam and in the initial hour they did nothing but ask me for details that I could have completed online or put on a form, such as how many kids I have how old they are and bla bla bla. I hired another law firm that has been amazing. This company is dishonest and provide no value for money they will just try to bill you as much as they can get away with. Stay clear.

Exceptional service from a dedicated team. Resolved an extremely complex contractual matter with professionalism and high levels of support. Set clear levels of expectation and remained a strong calming influence throughout a very challenging process. A very collaborate manner and always willing to discuss alternative courses of action. Would have no hesitation in recommending the team.
