I found myself in a difficult situation not of my making, and Louis was extremely reassuring and knowledgeable. He was diplomatic but authoritative with the police and got what I was going through immediately, helping me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

We was recommended Steven Rimmer solicitors by a family member when my partner was involved in a serious crime back in January 2024. Louis has been great from start to end, always got back to me within a day of making contact, made us aware of updates/changes as soon as he knew, turned up to every single bail meeting and was very professional and knowledgeable when being interviewed, which we believe is one of the contributing reasons for the case being dropped. BEWARE. This solicter. Practice is the worst in the country,, my first soliciter john cahill,told me on my first hearing,that my case should not be in court. , the second soliciter NEOL MCGUINESS. Was even more , useless. I said I wanted case review sent to the judge, she didn't. Act , or do anything. ,do not use this practice. ,im taking them. To the soliciter. Relegation authority. 3 days calling to ask for advice and representation. Promised calls back that never materialised. Call them again and again, all running around some Louis guy not having a clue what's going on unless he's there to tell them what to do. Very slow, extremely disorganised and painful to deal with. Avoid.

Professional people who know what they are doing.
