    I have had the best experience selling my late father’s house with Watermans. During what was a difficult and extreamly sad time Watermans have been wonderful and very supportive and have guided me every step in the journey of selling a family home. They have been extreamly helpful and patient and also very respectful. It was a very long frustrating sale and Watermans managed to keep me calm and informed of every step of the way.     My brother has terminal cancer and is in a hospice. His condition took a dramatic downturn over the weekend which resulted in him being unable to travel to Watermans office to sign the will. Watermans Amy Kennedy visited my brother in the hospice, outside of office hours, to ensure the will was signed and properly witnessed. She was brilliant throughout and the family can’t thank her and Watermans enough for their help during a very difficult time.

    Although I was making a will under the November Will Aid scheme,which involves a donation to charity, rather than a solicitor's fee,I felt I received the same warm welcome and attention to detail you would expect from a business such as Watermans.Shawn dealt with my fairly straightforward needs in a friendly,business-like manner,confirming my particulars without being intrusive,offering advice when requested. In the uncertaintity of current times it was good to get all completed in seven days and full credit to solicitors for giving their time to Will Aid,much appreciated.

      We had a good experience purchasing our home. During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication.
