If I can, I'd like to give more than 5 stars to Chloe. I had a very positive experience working with Chloe Norris-Dean during my recent property purchase. Chloe was highly professional, patient and responsive throughout the entire process. She guided me carefully through each stage, from reviewing documents to coordinating with the developer and ensuring everything progressed smoothly towards exchange and completion. As an international buyer, there were many details that required clarification, and Chloe was always very clear in her explanations and quick to respond to my questions. I particularly appreciated her professionalism when communicating with the developer and organising the legal documentation, which made what could have been a stressful process much more manageable. I would especially recommend Chloe to international buyers, including Chinese buyers. She is very professional and experienced in handling documentation related to overseas clients, and she dealt with Chinese documents carefully and efficiently during the process. Overall, I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and professional legal services for a property purchase.

Excellent service for the sale of my property from Casey Murphy and her assistant Casey. I would highly recommend Paul Robinson Solicitors for the excellent legal services and support they provided throughout the probate and administration of my late aunt’s estate, including the conveyancing of her property. We recently used Paul Robinson solicitors, specifically Tracey Hughes in the sale of our flat. I really cannot recommend Tracey highly enough, her professional, friendly and efficient service has been nothing short of first class. We were kept informed of progress regularly, emails were replied too within the day, and charges were very reasonable. If you want an exceptional solicitor, then go to Tracey Hughes.
The worst. 40 years? Paul Robinson’s office requested documents for the estate of my Aunt. I have sent them 3 times this year alone. (2026). They made it sound that I am delinquent for not complying with their request. I used the address they advised me to use. Nothing! Another problem is, their response to my email is they are on vacation or away. The last response was “ will look”. If there is a rating less than 1 star, I would use this rating. Very poor service, especially the response time. 1/4 star.
So glad we listened to recommendations! When searching for a Solicitor, our Estate Agents suggested Paul Robinson Solicitors due to recent experiences and reviews from other clients. Their recommendation was fully reflective of the service that we received. Communication A Solicitor that we had full access to was a priority for us. Whenever we called, we were supported by our Solicitor’s team (Millie and Enya) straight away, without exception. If ever there was a situation that the team could not support with, we were called by our Solicitor (Daryl Pentecost) directly, that day. We felt like we were a priority at all times. It never seemed like they had taken on too many clients and had too much work for their team to manage, which is a common theme we have experienced when using other Solicitors before. Timelines We were keen to move in quickly, as were our Vendors. Despite a chain and some complexities specific to the sale, the whole process from start to finish was just over 3 months. They were happy to speed up or slow down based on our preference, which was refreshing. Price It is expected and fair to say that you get what you paid for in most instances. However, in this instance, I would say this is an exception. Our quote was one of the cheapest we received and yet the service exceeded expectations. There were no hidden fees and they were transparent throughout. We would genuinely like to pass on our sincerest gratitude. Thank you so much for your service and we could not recommend you enough.
