Be extremely careful when using Paul Robinson Solicitors, they are fee hungry, and offer absolutely no advise until you are already over a £1000 in. I always had a very high opinion but they have been let down by a solicitor who doesn't communicate has to be chased, and only communicates when it relates to fee's. I would say that because of this my fee was reduced but all I wanted was help and I can say that I didn't, The best advise i got was at the end when i was advised that this type of case would cost thousands why not advise that at the start.

We recently sold our house in Billericay and our Estate Agent recommended Casey Murphy at Paul Robinson Solicitors. We are so glad we took their advice. Unlike other Solicitors in our chain, Casey was very efficient, very informative and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We cannot recommend Casey Murphy (and her assistant Casey Parry-Lansdowne highly enough.

Needs significant improvement especially with overseas clients that have poor proficiency in English. I've been using Paul Robinson Solicitors for a family law case for some years. But the inconsistency in transparency and safeguarding my elderly parents is unsatisfactory. They lack the understanding of cultural differences makes it even worse. This includes interacting with customers who cannot speak English or have no proficiency in English law or comprehension. Due to their mishandling of my parents divorce case and tenant eviction they totally made a mess of a bad situation. Paul Robinson Solicitors were informed that one property was in disrepair and they spent several weeks trying to advise us. Due to conflict of interest with mother and father getting back together they had further messed up divorce proceedings about trying to safeguard my mother and the outcome of the divorce and transfer of properties. The litigation team also caused a further problem with my parents, to a point where I am no longer in contact with my family and my family have removed me from any inheritance. The firm has no comprehension about language barriers and and making sure the the customer has comprehension of law and the implications of poor advice. The firm was also instructed to investigate equity release fraud to the total sum of £82,000.00 by the family. The firm had been advised a member of the family had forged signatures and documents to extort money from Halifax Mortgages. The firm took too long in getting this investigated. They also spent several months trying to correct titles deeds for my mother. Due to the poor advise and systematic poor admistration the above has both caused loses to my mother and I have also lost a family and inheritance which I was promised by my mother when divorce proceedings began.

These people are beyond unprofessional and repugnant. They have been employed by the executor of the estate of my gladly now deceased ex father—a child abuser. The executor introduced contentious matters into probate and alleged health matters which originated from my ex-family. Not only was I a victim of child abuse and neglect, leaving me with struggles throughout my entire life, but I then have to deal with this mendacious, Machiavellian, and pernicious individual. After introducing contentious matters and then refusing to address them—because he is an invertebrate—he then withdraws like the coward that he is and maintains that he is the "victim" when he is the miscreant who introduced the contentious matters. He has now employed two firms of solicitors to deal with these contentious matters he introduced and then attributed to me, wasting estate funds and further refusing to address the matters which he had no right to introduce. Both firms of solicitors have also refused to address these matters. I then finally received a response from the solicitors, whom I had no idea were dealing with this matter. The executor has deliberately tried to restrict contact with the solicitors in order to prevent accountability. These disgusting people then refuse to facilitate direct contact with the executor to address the issues and are maintaining these contentious issues while refusing to attend to these serious concerns—violating their own requirements as laid out by law. I initially replied and stated that they must contact me by phone and that any other contact by email would be harassment—which they ignored. Eventually did contact me by phone, as it is a method more suitable for my communication issues due to being neurodivergent and having severe complex post-traumatic stress disorder, which originated in childhood with my abusive ex-father and his equally abusive family, including my ex-mother and ex-siblings who, despite being victims of abuse themselves, have actually aligned themselves with these scumbags in order to safeguard the false narrative that they are pushing. Despite having a very positive interaction via phone, it then quickly fell apart as I expected it too, as they are clearly aligning themselves with a course of conduct to prevent accountability of the misconduct committed by the executor. I am actually currently homeless through no wrongdoing of my own, and the harm that the executor and his family have caused me is insurmountable. I now have further evidence thanks to the equally flagitious Leonard Grey Solicitors, who were also fed a load of misinformation from that narcissist "victim" —and of course they refuse to address the matters that this odious individual introduced because they are also corrupt, like this evil ex uncle. The profound irony is that this individual claims a desire to provide some form of healing, yet his actions achieve the exact opposite. He has recklessly reopened the deep, lifelong wounds of childhood abuse and neglect, while simultaneously inflicting new trauma through his own misconduct. He has since weaponized the legal process against me and, in a final act of cowardice, attempts to blame me for the consequences of his own actions. His conduct is not only harmful but a gross perversion of the duties he was entrusted to uphold. Furthermore, due to these fabricated contentious matters and the blatant abuse of this process, I am now being forced to waste my own inheritance on legal battles to fight this injustice. I will then have to engage in further legal battles to recoup these losses from the executor and these solicitors themselves. I unequivocally state that you should stay clear from this firm, as they will cause you immense psychological harm, especially if you are a vulnerable adult like me and they have absolutely no intention of aligning themselves with the principles of law and their grandiose claims of professional conduct.
