I have had connections with Ellisons for many years, mainly regarding my Will, but this is the first time I’ve had anything to do with Land Registry. My husband died last year leaving two properties to me and his two brothers and it felt like quite a complicated process to have to consider! Emily dealt with this whole procedure incredibly efficiently Right from our first interaction I felt reassured by her professionalism and expertise. She kept us all clearly informed every step of the way, was friendly and approachable, and her communication was excellent! Nothing seemed too much trouble and I can’t thank her enough for all she did during such an emotional time.

A really poor service for business, no attention to detail and no clear communication. I was embarrassed for them after having to deal with their litigation team, who wasted our time and their own client’s. Despite being one of the largest firms in the region, they don’t even make it into the top 5 in East Anglia: it’s clear to see why. I instructed out around £300,000 of legal work last year and none of went to Ellisons: for good reason.
