Please avoid using the conveyancing services of this law firm more specifically the Harrogate branch. All the 1 star reviews is to do with the conveyance or property purchase or sales. So it looks like I am not alone and I wished I had read these reviews before deciding to use this company. You will be left in the dark. No one will run you through the processes, no updates, your queries and emails would be ignored, as for the solicitor James, like someone mentioned in the reviews forget it. He will totally ignore you. You get the impression that for him to respond to your queries regarding the purchase process he has to charge you extra and as result I did not get, not one and I mean none of my emails queries or calls was answered. I had an email from their office saying they had concluded my case and were closing my file and for any future request with regards to my case I will be charged an admin fee, this is whilst I am still waiting for the freehold title deeds to be registered in my name. I paid to check on land registry and the property was still registered in the previous owners name. The biggest mistake I did was changing my solicitors from a friendly family owned company in Harrogate to this more flashy expensive company thinking it would speed up the purchase process. I wish I had read some of the reviews on here before making that decision. Avoid using this company for property matters if you can help it.

From start to finish, communication was clear. The odd miss in clarity but once you get through any misunderstanding was explained. Their pricing was straightforward and no unexpected costs. Friendly team too.

Just completed on our sale and purchase and cannot recommend Ison Harrison Bingley enough. Claire, Somia and Rebecca were all amazing, helped with every query we had no matter how big or small. Their knowledge and friendly manner made a house move so much easier, Thank you all so much.
