I initially contacted Ison Harrison Solicitors after being injured in a hit-and-run incident, and my case was referred to Kelly. Although she was unable to formally represent me at that stage, she took the time to provide detailed and comprehensive guidance, both over the phone and in writing. She advised me to proceed through the Official Claim Portal due to recent legal changes, ensuring I understood the process clearly from the outset. After progressing my claim independently and attending several medical appointments, all communication from the defendant ceased. Given Kelly’s earlier professionalism and the confidence she inspired, I returned to her for further assistance. At that point, she was able to take on my case as it met the criteria to proceed outside of the portal. From then on, Kelly’s dedication and expertise were exceptional. They are causing the delay in sale and purchase, they are creating misery for my partner and I, and 3 children under the age of 10. IH are an embarrassment to the profession.
