She was responded promptly to our questions, shared information with us quickly, kept us informed throughout and ensured we pressed the other side to progress and complete within a short timescale. I had experience of napthens 5 years ago and they represented the seller of the apartment i was buying found them very efficient at all levels compared too my solicitors. Iam now using them do the conveyancing on my property they have communicated by email and phone calls in the few weeks of me buying and selling. Their service so far is second too none with getting things done making things simple and easy. The whole process is not complete yet but I have full faith everything will be completed on time and with efficency and if their is an issue they will let me know ASAP. I like the fact that their is a dedicated team working on my behalf and I can pick up the phone and deal with the relevant people instantly. Well done napthens so far so good.I have had many dealing with solicitors over a 30 year period theese so far have simply been thee best. Napthens are not the cheapest or most expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Once everything is completed I will do another review of the whole process and im sure it will be top notch, watch this space!.

She made us feel like she truly cared about the speediness of the Sale and related Purchase. For what is supposed to be a stressful process, Sally couldn’t have made it less so. Honestly, I can’t fault Napthens throughout the entire process of buying our first home.
