Ben was a great help with a very complicated and complex neighbour dispute, he was very understanding, professional, very experienced and knowledgeable and was reassuring and supportive throughout the process and had a lot of time and patience. I highly recommend his services and the firm. This firm specialises in multiple services and have used them before for family matters too, I’m always happy with their services and approach. Currently trying to organise a remortgage of a property, so far this has taken over four months. Inaccurate information given leading to multiple delays and could have caused additional costs but luckily I kept questioning these and was eventually advised it wasn’t necessary. If you are looking for a prompt efficient company do not look here, I certainly won’t be using them again.

The Property Litigation Team at Ronald Fletcher Baker handled a sensitive case on my behalf in a highly professional and timely manner. The case related to a landlord and tenant dispute (in which I was the landlord). The case was not straightforward and they adopted a collaborative approach. Ben Goodman acted for us on a house purchase which completed just before the Stamp Duty deadline in Sept 2021. This was the second Ben had helped us with.
We are impressed by the professionalism and patience of Sarah's team including Ran Yu and Summer Chan. Their strenuous efforts must be recognized in ensuring that the transaction of our property purchase could be completed within the end of Sept deadline for SDLT holiday. In particular we would wish to thank Summer Chan for her timely response and helpful attitude.
Exchanged contracts with the help of Ronald Fletcher Baker January 2020. No problems during the preparation of the deal. The problems started after the exchange. In February 2020. we received a council tax bill as high as £5,000 for the following three months. Unfortunately, the Ronald Fletcher Baker solicitor hadn't checked neither council tax band neither the status of our residential flat which happened to be registered by the developper as a business (business rates are applied). For months we were fighting with the seller and the local council trying to bring the council tax bill to residential rates. Only after the intervention of our MP Emily Thornberry the local council stopped chasing us fo money. The story hasn't ended. In January 2020 we were billed by the council for the arrears of the previous owner for the year 2019 (!) even though we bought the place in 2020. Total nightmare and frustration just because the Ronald Fletcher Baker solicitor hasn't done the due diligence properly.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from RFB Legal Solicitors. In particular, my case was handled by Mrs Yasam Assad, whose approach I found to be rude and unprofessional. I also felt that my relatively straightforward case was not managed competently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.
