The Property Litigation Team at Ronald Fletcher Baker handled a sensitive case on my behalf in a highly professional and timely manner. The case related to a landlord and tenant dispute (in which I was the landlord). The case was not straightforward and they adopted a collaborative approach. An extremely stressful time was made much more endurable because of Michael Michealoudis’ dedication, professionalism and determination. From the first contact with him he was very honest and quickly had a clear understanding of my case. Knowing that Michael was defending me gave me a much greater sense of control over proceedings. Communication was excellent; Michael kept me up to date on all matters and always responded to my emails and phone calls promptly. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He always took the time to explain legal details to me, to offer pertinent advice and to ensure that we, rather than the other side, were proactive. I was very disappointed with the service I received from RFB Legal Solicitors. In particular, my case was handled by Mrs Yasam Assad, whose approach I found to be rude and unprofessional. I also felt that my relatively straightforward case was not managed competently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
