      Kellie-Jayne was amazing. She stayed calm and thorough, handling a stressful and complex situation with ease. Her shuttle mediation approach really helped ease my anxiety.       Throughout one of the most traumatic and emotionally exhausting experiences a mother or father can face, Olivia remained kind, compassionate, understanding, and completely non-judgemental.
